With nearly two decades in the fitness world, I’m a BCRPA Certified Trainer, 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Fitness Presenter, and published author. Cooking (gluten‑free), hiking, dancing, and reading keep me fueled between sessions—plus quiet time to recharge 😉.
